- 2 cups ice
- ¾ cup milk (skim or 2%)
- 1 cup International Delight Fat Free Sugar Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 generous scoops vanilla bean ice cream
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- If it’s too thin, toss in an extra scoop of ice cream. Too thick? Add a splash more creamer.
- Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream if you’d like, and enjoy immediately!
