Vanilla Bean Frappuccino

Vanilla Bean Frappuccino

Cool, creamy, and irresistibly smooth, this homemade Vanilla Bean Frappuccino is everything you love about the coffeehouse favorite, but made right in your kitchen. It’s easy on your wallet and lighter on the calories too!

My 17-year-old son is completely hooked on Starbucks’ Vanilla Bean Frappuccino. And honestly? I can’t blame him because I’m a fan myself. But those frequent trips can really add up and grab a few drinks and suddenly you’re dropping over $10. So, when he asked me to recreate his favorite drink at home, I took on the challenge. The result? A dreamy, creamy vanilla treat that costs less, tastes amazing, and doesn’t pack in as many calories.

Over the past few months, I’ve been experimenting with International Delight Fat Free, Sugar Free Coffee Creamers, and I’ve fallen in love with their versatility. We’ve already indulged in sugar-free hazelnut waffles and heavenly chocolate salted caramel tarts (so good!). So when I spotted their French Vanilla flavor, I knew exactly what to make: Casey’s beloved frappuccino.

This recipe couldn’t be easier—and chances are, you’ve got most of the ingredients on hand already. All you need is some ice, a few scoops of vanilla bean ice cream, skim or 2% milk, pure vanilla extract, and that French Vanilla creamer. For an extra flavor boost, feel free to scrape in the seeds of a real vanilla bean but honestly, the extract works beautifully and keeps things budget-friendly. And of course, we couldn’t skip the whipped cream on top!

I’ve used International Delight creamers in everything from cupcakes and cakes to frozen desserts and they never disappoint. Plus, don’t forget you can recycle those empty containers!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ice

  • ¾ cup milk (skim or 2%)

  • 1 cup International Delight Fat Free Sugar Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 3 generous scoops vanilla bean ice cream

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. If it’s too thin, toss in an extra scoop of ice cream. Too thick? Add a splash more creamer.

  3. Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream if you’d like, and enjoy immediately!
