Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Mini potatoes
  • Vegetable broth
  • Chili flakes
  • Asparagus
  • Peas
  • Snap peas
  • Pesto
  • Lemon juice
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Warm olive oil in a large pot and sauté vegetables until softened. Add garlic.
  2. Add potatoes, broth, and chili flakes. Simmer until potatoes are nearly tender.
