Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chimichurri Sauce

  1. In a small bowl, combine the chopped parsley, cilantro (if using), minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
  2. Add the lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while stirring until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Step 2: Marinate the Shrimp (Optional but Recommended)
